INSTRUÇÕES PARA A LOCAÇÃO (LEIA COM ATENÇÃO)
– Documentos necessários:
Comprovante de endereço em nome do locatário (apenas contas de consumo como: água, luz, telefone fixo ou IPTU), outros comprovantes NÃO serão aceitos. (DISPONIBILIZAR UMA CÓPIA DO DOCUMENTO PARA QUE O MOTORISTA RETIRE NO ATO DA ENTREGA).
No caso de RETIRADA EM LOJA será necessário um cheque caução no valor de R$ 1.300,00 (Um mil e trezentos reais), que será devolvido na devolução do equipamento.
IMPORTANTE:
– Nossas entregas são realizadas em horário comercial das 8:00 às 18:00 e de segunda a sexta-feira. Entregas aos sábados, apenas para pedidos do televendas. NÃO AGENDAMOS HORÁRIOS.
– Acompanhar o motorista em todas as instruções de uso que lhe serão passadas no ato da entrega;
– Não será permitido o recebimento do equipamento por pessoa da qual não faça parte da família;
– Não realizamos a entrega do equipamento para porteiros, zeladores ou outro colaborador de condomínios;
– Assinar a NFe de venda e a NFe de remessa com nome e RG legível;
– A devolução/retirada do equipamento será feita entre 01 e 02 dias úteis após seu evento em horário comercial. Caso não esteja no local, por favor, deixe com uma pessoa responsável (porteiro, zelador, empregada, filho etc…);
– O TEMPO MÁXIMO DE PERMANÊNCIA COM O CILINDRO É DE 4 DIAS, caso haja a necessidade de prorrogação deste período, entrar em contato através de nossos telefones. Taxas adicionais podem ser cobradas.
– Em casos fortuitos ou de força maior avisar a SÃO PAULO OXIGÊNIO pelo telefone, evitando cobranças de taxa de visita caso não seja possível a entrega ou retirada conforme concordado;
– Informar no ato do pedido se o local da entrega for diferente da residência do locatário;
– Avisar com no mínimo 01 dia de antecedência no caso de desistência;
RESSALTANDO QUE O PEDIDO SÓ SERÁ EFETIVADO APÓS A CONFIRMAÇÃO DE PAGAMENTO, A DATA DO EVENTO É APENAS UMA REFERÊNCIA PARA O AGENDAMENTO DA ENTREGA DO PEDIDO, A MESMA NÃO É A DATA EFETIVA DA ENTREGA, NEM GARANTE QUE A ENTREGA SERÁ REALIZADA ANTES DA CONFIRMAÇÃO DE PAGAMENTO.
