– Solicitar a recarga com o máximo de antecedência possível.

– Trabalhamos com sistema de troca de cilindro(s), mediante verificação de compatibilidade e validade do teste hidrostático.

 

É importante ressaltar que pode haver variação de capacidade de enchimento de acordo com a marca do cilindro. Indicamos sempre que entrem em contato conosco, ou que encaminhe as fotos do seu equipamento para: contato@saopaulooxigenio.com.br  com até 01 dia de antecedência a data da entrega, para que avaliemos seu cilindro, evitando gerar cobrança da taxa de visita em caso de incompatibilidade no valor de R$ 50,00.

 

– No caso do cilindro estar vencido, fornecemos o serviço de retirada para a revalidação do teste hidrostático e é cobrado o valor de R$ 200,00 adicional ao valor da carga.  Consulte nossos vendedores quanto ao prazo de devolução do equipamento.

 

IMPORTANTE: No caso do cliente desistir da recarga devido o cilindro estar vencido ou ser incompatível, será cobrado o valor de R$ 50,00 referente a visita.

 

– Se for de sua preferência, a recarga pode ser feita no mesmo cilindro, entre em contato para saber os prazos e valores para esta forma de enchimento.
